Getting To Banff:

Banff is located in Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada. It’s one of five national parks in the Canadian Rocky Mountains. The town is located along the TransCanada Highway, a well-maintained road that is open year-round. The closest international airport is Calgary, 130 km (87 miles) away.

Transportation Options:

You can choose either a rental car or travel by bus. The Banff Airporter has been in business for 25 years and is a great option if you prefer to relax and take in the scenery. Private shuttles are also available. A rental car will give you the flexibility to tour Banff, Canmore, Lake Louise, and Jasper. If travelling by car, you will require a National Park pass to enter the park, which can be purchased in advance here or at the park entrance.
