Richard Dansereau is the Founder of OnTrack Automotive Solutions and one of the most experienced automotive business coaches in the industry. With over 35 years in the aftermarket and more than 25 years of coaching experience, Richard has worked alongside shop owners through nearly every phase of business growth.
Richard began coaching in 1998 through NAPA ProShop, later expanding his work through ShopPros starting in 2012. His long-term coaching perspective allows him to help owners focus on what truly matters—building businesses that are profitable, structured, and sustainable.
Richard specializes in leadership clarity, performance measurement, system design, and accountability. Through one-on-one coaching and group programs, he helps shop owners move from reactive decision-making to confident, intentional leadership—using clear KPIs and disciplined systems to improve profitability while reducing stress.
He also brings deep expertise in shop management software and digital systems, including Protractor, AutoServe1, and ProDemand, ensuring technology supports decision-making, workflow, and team accountability rather than adding complexity.
Bill Gray brings over 35 years of hands-on automotive experience and more than seven years of professional coaching to the OnTrack team. Having owned, managed, and exited successful repair shops, Bill understands the daily pressures owners and service consultants face.
Bill’s coaching focuses on execution, consistency, and operational discipline. Through one-on-one coaching and group settings, he helps shop owners and service consultants turn strategy into daily habits that drive measurable results.
With a deep working knowledge of shop management software, particularly Protractor, Bill supports owners in implementing systems, improving adoption, and using accurate data to guide decisions. His approach helps shops operate with greater confidence, stronger workflows, and improved profitability.
Bill is also a key contributor to SOPTrack, helping teams implement structured operating procedures that reduce confusion, improve accountability, and support stronger team performance.
Daryl Kulcsar brings more than 35 years of experience across nearly every leadership role in the automotive aftermarket, including service advisor, service manager, shop owner, and parts distribution branch manager.
Daryl works closely with shop owners and managers to develop strong leadership teams, clear accountability, and consistent execution. Through one-on-one and group coaching programs such as Manager Mastery and the Full Throttle Management Group, he helps managers gain confidence in their role, communicate more effectively, and lead with clarity.
His background in parts distribution gives him unique insight into parts strategy, margin control, and inventory discipline, helping shops improve profitability while reducing operational friction.
