Spouses or second attendees who are not joining the meetings are welcome to attend the Monday evening reception and the Tuesday and Wednesday dinners. However, they are not included in any other meals and will need to arrange their own meals for the rest of the event. Fortunately, the Fairmont Banff Springs offers world-class restaurants and room service, providing plenty of options to suit all tastes.
This event is designed for attendees and their spouses to enjoy a focused and engaging experience. As such, children are not permitted at the meetings, special events, or any meals. Please note that the two additional days included in the 5-day event package do not include meals or any organized activities. The advantage of the 5-day package is to get discounted rooms. Deluxe rooms start at over $830/night with fees plus tax if you book online. These 5-day packages are subject to availability.
